I had this sudden hunger at 3 in the morning (well padan muka lah for skipping dinner the night before). Memang plan pun nak replace a meal a day with salad diet or i like to refer to it as makanan kambing. I've put on a few extra kilos these past few weeks and need to shed some fast. My dry weight has increased from a good 64 to 69 now and i could feel the extra weight when moving about. Hope this salad diet plan will work well and bring my weight down to 64 or less again.
